Hey, I am also a satisfied customer of Matrix Auto Body. I was HlT in the rear-end and a friend of mine recommended them to me. I found them to be available, prompt, and very proactive throughout the entire process. The work was flawless by my standards. Oh yeah, and a really big shop with plenty of bays for the vehicles, as well. Now, I've been HlT in the front and am returning again. PS: Uhhh, apparently I can't use the word HlT when reviewing an autobody shop (but caps hlt = gets the dramatized version of the word in print). Lame.

These guys are really amazing!!! I work 7 days a week so am hardly home - they came to my office to do the estimate, picked my truck up (from my office) and arranged to have Enterprise pick me up to get a rental. It only took them 5 days to complete $3500 in repairs and had my truck delivered to me, of course, at my office and took care of the rental car - even filled it back up for me so I wouldn't get charged! They totally worked with my insurance company, it was about as painless as a wreck could be. I'm completely gratefull and will spread Rich and the guys' names around as much as possible from here on out! They went WAY above and beyond for me - THANK YOU MATRIX!
